Job Description

Tech Trainer Intern (B.Tech CSE/IT & MCA Freshers)

Role: Tech Trainer Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Full-Time CTC (Post Internship): ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on Performance)

Note : Only candidates who are comfortable taking the webcam-proctored online assessment and are passionate about building a career in Corporate Technical Training should apply.

About the Role & Organisation

CloudThat is looking for passionate B.Tech (CSE/IT) and MCA Freshers who have strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month internship to develop into Corporate Technical Trainers, delivering training on Cloud, AI, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and deliver technical training sessions under expert guidance.
Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Develop training content, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
Support learners by resolving technical queries and troubleshooting issues.
Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and training skills.
Collaborate with the technical team to enhance learning experiences.

Eligibility

B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) or MCA (Freshers)
Good understanding of Programming, Computer Science Fundamentals, Networking, Operating Systems, and Databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for learning, mentoring, and public speaking.
