Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support professional fluent in Portuguese to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
