We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support professional fluent in Portuguese to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff as necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
