We are seeking a motivated Tech Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers with software installations and configurations.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with customer service or technical support preferred but not required. 0-1 years of experience.
