Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tech Support role, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include providing technical and customer support through international voice channels, troubleshooting technology-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and delivering analytical insights to resolve complex problems. The individual will communicate effectively with clients and maintain consistent service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a seamless and positive experience for end-users.
  • Analytical Skills to diagnose issues accurately and provide quick solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English for handling international clients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in an international voice process is an added advantage.
