Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Support - (Fresher) L1 professional, based in Bengaluru South with flexible work arrangements that allow some work-from-home opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, resolving customer issues effectively, executing troubleshooting processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. You will interact directly with clients to understand and address their technological concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Technical Support and troubleshooting tasks effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to address and solve technical issues
• Experience or ability to provide excellent Customer Support and enhance Customer Satisfaction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems and technology concepts
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with self-discipline
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory
