Role Overview

We are seeking aTechnical Support Engineerwith a minimum of3 years of relevant experienceto deliver high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This is an end-to-end support role covering the complete ticket lifecycle-from issue logging to final resolution. The role requires alignment withUK business hours .

Key Responsibilities

Own customer-reported technical issues fromticket creation to final resolution
Communicate with clientsclearly, professionally, and with precision
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, andresolvesystemand application issues
Follow standard operating procedures fortimelyescalationtointernal teams
Asktargeted diagnosticquestionstoidentify root causes quickly
Provideprompt, accurate, and actionablefeedbacktocustomers
Prepareaccurate and timely technical reports
Document technicalknowledgethroughnotes, FAQs, and manuals
Build and maintainprofessional, collaborativerelationshipswithclients

Technical Skill Requirements

Working knowledge of:
- Frontend technologies
- Backend systems
- Databases and queries
- APIs and integrations
Strong understanding ofticketing systems and support workflows

Candidate Profile

Minimum3+ years ofexperienceintechnical support
Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
. Basic SQL knowledge.
. Knowledge of Excel.
Experience working in a product-based company (preferred).
Strongverbal and written communicationskills
