Tech support and installation specialist

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for testing, product installation, support, and maintenance of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand market dynamics, proactively suggest system improvements, and ensure optimal performance of our products. This role offers global market exposure, requiring a shift from 8 PM to 5 AM to support international trading activities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the workings and dynamics of financial markets and trading in various segments, including Equities, FNO, and Currency.

- Conduct thorough testing of software and hardware products to ensure quality and performance standards are met

- Install and configure products at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing systems

- Perform regular maintenance tasks on trading platforms to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.

- Continuously monitor system performance and market conditions during global trading hours (8 PM to 5 AM) to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to trading systems and market operations.

- Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Excellent communication and client service skills
