Tech Support/Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison for Project Manager for augmented resources/interns periodical administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave application, etc)
• Support Project Managers to hire and onboard / offboard project team members, Security Clearance, Onboarding/offboarding checklist.
• Assists Project Managers in term of project administration activities such as financials tracker and augmented resources renewal tracker.
• Support Project Managers in Project and Operation Documentations and tracking (including pre-audit preparations for audits).
• Track account and vulnerability compliance status, and incident tracking. Prepare operational statistics, server utilization,n and performance metrics for weekly operations meetings to comply with key risk indicators for
• running projects and operations.

Requirements:

• A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Admin/ PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Good interpersonal, team player, meticulous, analytical, and writing skills
