Be accountable for supporting our site in designing and deploying data architecture and data acquisition and analysis tools:
- Applies technical knowledge to design, build, and maintain data pipeline architecture, ensuring data is ingested, processed, and delivered to stakeholders in an optimized, analyze-ready format
- Shares best practices within the organization, contributing to the delivery of data-analytics projects
- Develops a deep understanding of our companys supported technology, grasping the complexity and dependencies between teams and platforms
- Communicates effectively with other platform competencies to stay updated on contemporary trends and methodologies being implemented within the company ecosystem
- Understands and addresses the business needs and priorities of customers and stakeholders, assisting in the creation of solutions that align with our business goals
- Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong analytical thinking and technical writing skills
- Establishes and manages relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into our data engineering practices

Requirements (Education minimum requirements subject to change based on country)
- Degree in IT discipline or STEM (or equivalent qualification)
- 2+ years experience with Process Data Historian Aveva PI - AF, Event Frames, notifications, and reporting
- 2+ years experience PI-System performance optimization, monitoring system health, upgrades, etc.
- Experience and/or familiarity with SCADA systems engineering & deployment - Ignition 8.1, Rockwell Factory Talk, Siemens, Wonderware. SCADA administration and configuration
- Expertise in integration with OPC server products like Kepware
- Experience with automation system architecture, design, start-up, and/or qualification
- Experienced problem solver/troubleshooter, skilled in root cause analysi
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in information technology (IT) solutions design, development, modification, and implementation
- Proficiency in working with both new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure
- Ability to review and understand system requirements and business processes
- Experience in developing and constructing data products and services and integrating them into systems and business processes
- Strong skills in accessing, cleaning, and preparing data, ensuring its reusability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in Manufacturing IT & Control systems; specifically, integration of control systems with IT systems
- Exposure to planning and executing
- Networking experience; working knowledge of Enterprise Networking and local control networks
- Pharmaceutical Operations experience, in a GMP Pilot Plant, Manufacturing environment or related facility
