Job Description
Should have 10+ years experience in Technical and 3+ years in managing as Technical Lead or Tech Manager in software development projects.
Should be form technical background from Java / Microservices . Springboot along with knowledge on Cloud AWS, Docker and Kubernetes..
Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Strong organizational and time management skills
Should have experience in agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Should be Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Experience in determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Tracking project processes, deliverables
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
