Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist with qualified SOC Auditor who will operate in alignment with our India-based technical sales model, with working hours mapped to U.S. time zones (East Coast to West Coast). The role involves supporting the U.S. sales team by providing technical expertise, participating in client discussions, handling technical queries, and contributing to strategic business development.

The ideal candidate will also be a qualified SOC Auditor capable of functioning as a Lead Auditor, enabling a combined sales‑enablement‑plus‑delivery model that is scalable and sustainable.

Job Location: India (Remote)

Key Requirements (Preferred Skills)

  1. Qualification as a SOC Auditor with the capability to act as a Lead Auditor.
  2. Experience working with CPA teams; understanding of CPA requirements is a strong plus as customers frequently request this during pre‑sales.
  3. Experience with ISO 27001 (27K) is desirable.
  4. Exposure to TISAX and ISO 42001 (42K) will be considered an advantage.

Technical Sales & Pre‑Sales Support

  1. Support the U.S. sales team with strong technical knowledge during customer conversations.
  2. Join customer meetings to provide deep technical insights and respond to technical inquiries.
  3. Identify opportunities involving U.S.-based companies operating in India and ASEAN regions.
  4. Strengthen business flow between global headquarters and local offices through seamless coordination.

SOC Audit & Delivery Responsibilities

  1. Act as a Lead Auditor for SOC audits.
  2. Conduct, review, and lead compliance assessments per SOC standards.
  3. Ensure high‑quality delivery while maintaining independence and objectivity.
  4. Combine sales and delivery capabilities to enhance value creation and operational efficiency.

Strategic Contribution

  1. Support the establishment of a scalable technical-sales-plus-delivery model.
  2. Contribute insights on market opportunities and operational improvements.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to help expand the model into additional service lines once validated.

Required Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in technical sales, pre‑sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of IT security, compliance frameworks, and managed services.
  3. Certified SOC Auditor with the ability to function as a Lead Auditor.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.
  5. Ability to work U.S. time‑zone hours.
