Tech Sales & Customer Enablement Executive

About The Role
We are looking for a confident and customer focused professional to help businesses adopt and succeed with our software products.
This role combines tech sales, customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and customer success. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers, helping them understand, implement, and maximize value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions
- Guide customers through setup and product adoption
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, business development, customer success, or related roles
- Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting online demonstrations
- Interest in technology, software products, and business solutions
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
