Join our dynamic Reliability team within International Consumer (which includes Chase UK), to enhance customer experience and safeguard our business by ensuring our products and services are reliable at every step. As a senior leader in the Governance & Transformation team, you will be responsible for delivery of end-to-end control reviews and strategic enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, programme management, advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a passion for driving innovation through automation and AI.
