About the Business Unit: The Automotive Practice

Epsilon's Automotive Practice is a rapidly growing team driving growth for major players in the automotive industry, from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to dealerships across North America. As part of a 1,600-member global team, the practice provides the automotive world's largest service reminder platform, agency services, and digital media solutions. This team supports over 50% of auto dealerships in North America and manages relationships with over 280 million customers, leading in developing best-in-class software and solutions for hyper-personalized digital marketing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Project Management (Sr. Tech Project Mgmt) professional will take complete ownership in creating and executing campaigns and deliverables. The Campaign Ops Analyst II needs to have strong knowledge of email marketing and a willingness to learn new technologies and email marketing tools.

  • Maintains SLA, manages stakeholder communication, and handles Campaign Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of the full Email campaign development life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two email marketing automation platforms (e.g., PCM, Noelane, SalesForce, Marketo, Silverpop, Eloqua).
  • Assigned to one or more client accounts and partners with Account teams/BSA for end-to-end campaign setup/execution.
  • Demonstrates a keen interest and understanding of developments in email marketing and proactively learns new technologies and adapts quickly to changing requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Client's business, goals/objectives.
  • Provides weekly account updates to BSA, Account team, and Managers.
  • Uses data extensions to populate variable copy based on recipient attributes.
  • Ability to drive multiple error-free campaigns with very little guidance and short turnaround times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years setting up and launching Campaigns.
  • Education: 2+ Years Bachelor/Master Degree.
  • SFMC:Create audiences and segments using SQL.
  • Create, update automated journeys.
  • Perform QA/QC on campaigns and campaign journeys.
  • Strong Experience with Image and HTML Coding Optimization for email.
  • HTML/CSS: Intermediate.
  • SQL: Basic.
  • Excel: Intermediate.
  • Dreamweaver and Photoshop: Basic.
  • Advanced knowledge of:Third-party email service provider systems (e.g., SFMC, Harmony, Cheetahmail, Responsys).
  • Email platform/client limitations and workarounds.

It's a Plus to Have:

  • Understands client/stakeholder requirements and works as per their expectations.
  • Ensures business requirements and priorities are well understood and clearly communicated to the team.
  • Abilities to draft both Functional and Technical Specifications documents, as needed.
