Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Manager at Deal4ask, located in Delhi, OH. The Tech Manager will oversee daily operations of the technical team, manage projects, and provide technical support to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving current systems and processes, managing and mentoring team members, and contributing to research and development initiatives to support the company's growth and innovation goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making processes
• Proven Team Management experience to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Expertise in Technical Support and ensuring smooth technological operations
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) for innovation and improvement
• Experience in Project Management for planning and executing complex technical projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in the financial services industry is an advantage
