Tech Mahindra is seeking dynamic individuals for the International Voice process. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide solutions effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer information in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
