Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Chat Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills in English, prior experience in handling international customers through chat support, and a stable employment history with no gaps in the resume.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.

• Document customer interactions appropriately in the system.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments whenever required.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process.

• Excellent written communication skills in English with strong grammar and comprehension abilities.

• No employment gaps in the resume.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
