Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide Agile POD teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. As the primary technical mentor, you'll drive innovation, bridge architecture with implementation, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Lead Agile POD teams for seamless collaboration and execution.
- Design scalable solutions with architects and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Oversee the development lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Agile teams.
- Expertise in Java, Angular, Python, and databases (MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in AWS and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or OOH advertising tech.
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
