About The Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Tech Lead Full Stack to drive the development of web applications from concept to completion. If you love creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems, mentoring teams, and engaging with clients, this role is perfect for you! You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure top-notch technical standards across the entire stack, making sure our applications are not only performant but also reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of full stack applications (Frontend, Backend, APIs, and Integrations)
- Create and improve products using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend platforms (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.)
- Design modular and reusable systems with scalability, performance, and security at their core
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver seamless and accessible user experiences
- Maintain high code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Mentor developers, fostering technical excellence, ownership, and ongoing learning
- Integrate CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps strategies into the development lifecycle
- Engage with clients during the discovery, solutioning, and delivery stages
- Translate business objectives into technical deliverables and plans
Required Skills
- Expertise in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js) and PHP (Laravel, Symfony or CMS like Drupal)
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate and improve existing systems
Nice To Have
- Experience with Headless CMS architectures and content personalization
- Exposure to AI/ML-based integrations (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbot APIs)
- Understanding of serverless architectures and edge computing
- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio
- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and approaches
