Job Overview

As a Senior Tech Lead at Twixor, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, offering the opportunity to lead technical teams and shape enterprise-grade messaging automation for a global clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) with extensive expertise in backend application development and scalable, high-performance systems.
• Advanced experience with ReactJS (Mandatory skill) for building interactive, dynamic, and responsive web interfaces in customer-centric platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, utilized for developing robust microservices and enterprise-grade automation solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, enabling seamless integration between client-side and server-side technologies across digital journeys.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring team members, managing code reviews, and ensuring best engineering practices.
• Strong background in solution architecture, defining software blueprints, integration patterns, and business process orchestration across channels.
• Expertise in software architectural design, ensuring maintainable, sustainable, and scalable codebases for enterprise-level applications.
• Competence in stakeholder management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering technical solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Architect and implement intuitive front-end interfaces using ReactJS for seamless customer engagement and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and UX/UI designers to create and refine new features and digital workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, automation, and engineering best practices through code reviews and guidance.
• Act as a technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable software solutions.
• Ensure robust system integration with various messaging channels and third-party APIs as part of customer journey orchestration.
• Identify potential risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in dynamic project environments.
