Must Have: Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs

We are seeking visionary and technically strong Generative AI professionals to design, build, and deploy next-gen AI systems. You will architect production-grade GenAI solutions, integrate advanced models into enterprise applications, and guide teams on AI strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture: Design scalable GenAI architectures for text, image, audio & code generation.

Model Evaluation: Select or fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, SD, etc.) based on business needs.

Prompt Engineering: Build, test, and optimize prompts for consistent results.

AI Integration: Integrate GenAI into web/mobile platforms, internal tools & APIs.

Data Strategy: Build training/fine-tuning pipelines and ensure high-quality datasets.

AI Governance: Implement Responsible AI, privacy, bias mitigation & hallucination control.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with DS/ML, product, and engineering teams.

Innovation & R&D: Explore emerging GenAI trends and run POCs/prototypes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in CS, DS, AI/ML, or related field.

8+ yrs (Architect) / 58 yrs (Lead) in AI/ML.

Minimum 2 yrs in Generative AI / LLM-focused roles.

Hands-on with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models.

Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.

Proficient in Python, model deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines.

Preferred Skills

Fine-tuning / instruct-tuning large models.

Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or orchestration frameworks.

Model compression, optimization & latency tuning.

Open-source contributions or research publications.
