Job Title: Tech Lead
Location: Pune
Working hours: 2pm to 11pm and 3pm to 12am
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong Data Engineering capabilities to drive automation along with Devops skillsets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps practices, GitHub Actions, Python scripting, and Microsoft fabric-based data workflows, with a strong ability to bridge infrastructure, automation, and data engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Experience in data engineering / data pipeline development.
- Experience in PySpark.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience in DevOps & CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Python automation tool).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Develop reusable automation frameworks using Python and Microsoft Fabric.
- Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Work with modern data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric / similar ecosystems.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data processing.
