Required skills & Expertise:

Job Title: MS Dynamics Sales Support Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Exp: 5 to 8 years

4 to 5 Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Support

Must have strong technical knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, including customization, deployment and configuring CRM

Must have Office 365 knowledge: Power Apps, Flow, Power Platform, Power Portal, Power Automate

Should have good experience in Inbound and outbound API integrations

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have Microsoft Portals, Microsoft Graph API

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work independently
