Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong Java development expertise and a deep understanding of AWS, DevOps, and containerization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with third-party teams, and driving efficient software development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Java Development: Extensive hands-on experience with JDK 1.7 & 1.8 and Java frameworks.
• AWS Expertise: Strong working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, CloudWatch, and Docker.
• Event-Driven Architectures: Proven ability to manage and optimize applications built on event-driven paradigms.
• Version Control: Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and version management, including merging and unmerging code effectively.
• Third-Party Collaboration: Strong communication skills to manage external integrations and partnerships.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Proficient in Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker for containerized deployments and cluster management.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Nexus Repository Manager.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills, including local setup, debugging, and performance optimization.
