Job Title: Tech Lead & Solution Design Architect
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr Tech Lead / Solution Design Architect - Business Apps to join our dynamic product development team. In this key role, you will lead and mentor a team of developers in building enterprise-grade solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and React. You will architect scalable and maintainable business applications that deeply integrate with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your React/Redux skills will be important in application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and development.
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade apps on the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform stack, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop custom web parts, extensions, and components. Integrate SharePoint with external data sources via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
- Guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and QA to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for modern SharePoint and Power Platform projects.
- Monitor and optimize solutions for performance, security, and usability across desktop and mobile environments.
- Drive technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 - 15 years of experience in application development, with at least 3+ years in SharePoint Online & Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience building Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automating workflows with Power Automate is preferred.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and state management (e.g., Redux).
- Sound understanding of Git-based version control and DevOps for Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for performance and UI/UX improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architecture. Familiarity with ALM practices in Power Platform (Solutions, Environments, DevOps).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
