Tech Lead (Senior Pod Lead)
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead a pod within a high-performing environment, ideally within investment banking.
You will:
- Lead a pod as a senior technical authority, driving delivery and best practices
- Provide production support, including participation in a regular on-call rota
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
You must have:
- Strong technical expertise in C++, Python (essential), SQL, and Oracle
- Experience with batch orchestration technologies
- Background working on investment banking platforms, with a preference for Equities and/or Derivatives
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Location:
- Fully remote, with occasional visits to the Pune office
