Job Description
- SAP workload automation expert with SAP Basis 5+ years of experience
- Delivery of the global (EMEA, APAC, AMER) and business critical Workload Automation services, ensuring alignment with business demand and within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure the delivery of the SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service.
- Maintain and improve the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool (preferably Redwood and from other providers, e.g. Broadcom UC4).
- Leading Migration Projects in the Workload Automation domain.
- Keep documentation up to date, ensure there is connection/process between all services and minimal overlapping between services delivered within different teams in Workload Automation domain.
- Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions.
- Continuously assess and enhance Workload Automation processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency.
- Keep close contact with external parties associated with the Workload Automation domain.
- Drive the Workload Automation strategy – bring service overview to the table, follow and steer service transformation where needed
- Develop and communicate work instructions within the Workload Automation domain
- Design and develop technical and operational processes in the Workload Automation domain.
- SAP Basis expert with 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis.
- Experience on S/4 HANA and Cloud Environment preferably Microsoft AZURE
- System refresh, System copy, SAP Backup & Recovery
- SAP Support Pack upgrades, SAP Kernel upgrades and deployment of Add-on components using SPAM/SAINT
- Further development and automation of the products and services used
- Operation and monitoring of data center and cloud structures (SAP systems, databases, operating systems, networks)
- Monitoring and optimization of the SAP systems, databases, operating systems and networks in operation with regard to performance, availability and stability
- 2nd and 3rd level analysis and troubleshooting as well as processing of requests from internal partners
- Provision of commissioned data center and cloud solutions to internal partners
