Ownership: Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of Salesforce-native products, ensuring they meet enterprise standards for security and scalability.
Technical Authority: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Platform, Experience Clouds and others).
Hybrid Integration: Oversee the synergy between Salesforce-native components and external cloud backends (AWS/Azure) where required.
Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of custom-built technologies with Salesforce.
Hands-on Engineering: Maintain an active role. You will solve complex architectural blockers, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality deployments.
AI-Driven Productivity: Implement and champion AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Einstein for Developers, Copilot etc) to accelerate the product development lifecycle.
Mentorship: Lead and grow a lean team of developers, fostering an agile environment focused on rapid product iteration.
Total Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with a significant career focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Expertise: 4+ years of technical experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows).
Certifications: Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
Foundational Engineering: 2+ years of core development experience (Open Source or Enterprise) to ensure a well-rounded, technology-agnostic approach to problem-solving.
Leadership: 2–3 years in a Technical Lead or Architect role, specifically leading product or complex implementation teams.
