Description

We are seeking a Tech Lead QA to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
• Oversee the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best testing practices and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve software quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
