Mandatory Skills

AWS Serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, EventBridge, CloudFormation/CDK.
Python & Node.js: Strong proficiency in both; clean, production-grade code.
AI/ML: Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic), LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure as code.
Databases: RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ElastiCache, NoSQL (MongoDB)
R&D Aptitude: Ability to independently research any technology and deliver actionable resolutions within defined timelines.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, self-driven, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Serverless Development: Design and build scalable, secure AWS serverless solutions using Python and Node.js.
AI Solution Delivery: Build and integrate AI-powered services (chatbots, agents, recommendation engines) for internal use and client delivery.
Cross-Department Support: Act as the primary technical resource for the CoE, supporting multiple departments with complex problem resolution.
Documentation: Document PoCs, architectural decisions, and resolution playbooks for team-wide knowledge sharing.
