1. Must have core Telecommunication Knowledge of Provisioning.

2. Must have knowledge of OSS and BSS

3. Must have knowledge of Root cause analysis ability of Defect(s).

4. Must have knowledge of SPLUNK in finding logs.

5. Must have knowledge in API tools and Testing.

6. Knowledge of JIRA ,OCTANE, CSG, OSM, UIM

7. Comfortable to work in shift timings: 5PM- 2AM IST
