We are looking for a skilled Oracle Analytics & Data Integration Lead to manage a team of developers and deliver robust analytics and data integration solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and SQL development, combined with proven leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
Build and optimize ETL workflows in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Develop complex SQL views, stored procedures, and functions for data transformation and reporting.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Administer User credentials for the OAS based on ServiceNow Requests (5 Days/Week)
Monitoring of Daily, weekly and Monthly jobs to ensure data accuracy and system availability
Participate in Yearly Preparations for Planning, Yearly Archiving Activities , Year End Activities
Optimize query performance and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.
Support data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production and development environments.
Document technical designs, workflows, and processes.
Provide user Support for OAS, ODI and Forecast Engine (Incidents)
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
