Job Description

Mandatory Skillsets :- Revenue Cycle Management domain, C#,.Net Core, MVC, API, Microservices, , SQL.

****Note :Must have experience in handling development team from multi locations, Handle simultaneous internal projects, and Individual contributor too.****.

Work Location: Bangalore/Salem

Employment mode: Fulltime
Work Mode: 5 Days work from Office.
Interviews rounds: 2 Technical & 1 Managerial Discussion (At least one round must be F2F at Bangalore/Salem.)

Lead .Net FullStack Developer (1 Position)

As a Lead .Net FullStack Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications, both on-premise and in the cloud. Collaborating closely with the Product team, you will refine and estimate user stories for new functionalities, participate in deployment and production support activities, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead medium to large-sized projects with small teams.
Demonstrate expertise in .Net Core, Microservices, MVC, JavaScript, API integration, and SQL.
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Utilize strong database and SQL skills for performance optimization.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Healthcare IT (HL7, X12 EDI) is a plus.
Ability to manage projects from inception to deployment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with5+ years expert in writing SQL queries and performance optimization.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Experience with DevOps and issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
