The project team work agile in a start-up.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to design and deliver scalable cloud-native and full-stack platforms for IoT and edge-cloud solutions. In this role, you will lead engineering teams in designing Java-based cloud architectures, full-stack applications, and distributed systems, while driving best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, Agile development, and cloud platform engineering.You will collaborate closely with architects, AI experts, product owners, and global engineering teams to translate complex platform requirements into scalable implementations. The role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development, including cloud architecture design, backend services development, frontend platform experiences, and operational excellence.This position requires strong expertise in Java/Python -based backend systems, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed microservices architectures, along with the ability to guide teams and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes.You will work closely with customers, Chief Expert, solution architects, DevOps teams, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will be advising Chief Expert on the strategies to position MASTRO effectively in the MarketSelf-driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership for technical deliverables. Structured and analytical approach to problem solving, especially in complex embedded systems environments. Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and maintainability in embedded software development. Comfortable working in fast-paced product development environments, managing multiple priorities and technical challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team. Continuous learner with an interest in emerging technologies in cloud engineering, and system architecture.Key Responsibilities Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture development for cloud-based platforms and IoT solutions. Guide and build along with development teams in implementing Java-based backend systems and microservices architectures. Design and develop scalable APIs, backend services, and event-driven data processing pipelines. Oversee development of frontend applications and user interfaces using modern frameworks. Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments. Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions. Collaborate with AI, Embedded, Cloud Teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and scalable platform components.
