Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Tech Lead – Java with strong leadership and hands-on experience in enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will guide the team, ensure code quality, lead architecture decisions, and play a pivotal role in the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Java development team across full SDLC.
- Defined scalable solutions and micro services using Spring Boot and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Interface with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solutioning.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- RESTful APIs, Microservices
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Understanding of Usage of AI tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on with DevOps practices and tooling
