Role Overview:

We are seeking for experienced Tech Lead - Mobile Banking to own and manage a dedicated mobile banking squad, driving end-to-end delivery of mobile banking initiatives and providing technical leadership across React Native, Android, and iOS development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated mobile banking squad comprising mobile developers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile banking initiatives aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.
• Drive technical design, solution reviews, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to React Native, Android, and iOS teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee integrations with APIs, microservices, authentication platforms, and core banking systems.
• Support production releases, go-live activities, incident management, and executive reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years as a Technical or Engineering Lead.
• Proven experience delivering Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, or Financial Services solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of React Native, Android, iOS, mobile application architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of API-first architecture, microservices, backend integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, mobile security, and secure coding practices.
• Strong delivery management, Agile, Scrum, and stakeholder management skills.
