Tech Lead (Mobile App)

Job description

1. Document the detailed design/program specification documents
2. Understand and contribute to technical solutions.
3. Provides support during any required external review and incorporates comments.
4. Ensures that Unit Testing is Done
5. To conduct Code Review
6. To do test case reviews
7. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and provide updates on project progress
8. Involve in project planning, risk assessment and risk management
9. Prepare the detailed design/program specification documents
10. Provide regular and effective progress updates to PL/PM
11. Analysis of change request receives and prepares the effort
12. Manage the documents related to change requests
13. Participate in Audit of Projects, Configuration of Project in server and Project UAT

Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have 7+ years of development experience
2. S/He should have experience in Android, Kotlin, Flutter, Swift
3. Candidate should have experience of leading team members client interaction
4. Communication skill in English should be excellent
5. S/He should have strong interpersonal and analytical skills
