Tech Lead - Java

Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead - Java to lead a team of developers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in Java development and be familiar with the latest industry trends and technologies. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow in their careers.
• Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and continuously improve the development process to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards and best practices.
• Ensure that the development team is following agile methodologies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing complex software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
