Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects and reviewing technical documents and artefacts.
• Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
• Ensure timesheets are completed and the invoicing process is followed on or before the deadline.
• Lead the customer interface for the project on a daily basis and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate them to resources and ensure closure within deadlines.
• Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
• Encourage the delivery team to continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the project complies with Software Quality Processes and remains within timelines.
• Review functional and technical specification documents.
• Act as the single point of contact between the team and project stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Provide application production support as per the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) matrix.
