Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-stack development projects using Python/Django and Next.js .
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the engineering team.
- Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, learning sessions, and constructive feedback.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
- Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and resolve production issues swiftly.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend innovations that improve performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Django and Next.js .
- Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams.
- Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment.
- Experience designing and optimising cloud infrastructure and costs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics tools.
