We are looking for a talented and experienced Tech Lead (Full-Stack) to join our dynamic team at Technix India. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB, with a passion for developing innovative and efficient web applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experience.
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the front-end.
- Build robust back-end services with Spring Boot.
- Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality and organization.
- Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
