Tech Lead Full Stack (Azure / .NET / React / Python)

Required Skills & Experience • 6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role. • Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js, and Python. • Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs. • Hands-on experience implementing Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, Kubernetes, etc.). • Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and common architecture patterns (microservices, layered, event-driven). • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide a development team through technical challenges. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with onshore teams to deliver high-quality products.

Nice to Have • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). • Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms or B2B applications. • Experience with PDF document processing, OCR, or AI/ML integrations.
