We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of software, web, and AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software engineering, system architecture, team leadership, and the successful execution of technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of software, web applications, and AI-powered solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams while driving technical excellence.
- Collaborate with business, product, and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, development standards, and best practices.
- Drive AI/ML integration, automation initiatives, and emerging technology adoption.
- Manage project delivery, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in software development and technology leadership.
- Strong expertise in web technologies, system design, and software architecture.
- Experience/interest working on AI/LLM projects and integrating AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with databases, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
