Tech Lead - Customer Onboarding (Streaming/OTT)

Key Deliverables:

• Act as primary technical lead for customer onboarding and channel go-live
• Draft technical requirement specs and coordinate with internal teams
• Validate and double-check deployments, configurations, and customizations
• Mentor implementation engineers and ensure quality standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead customer discussions and explain technical feasibility
• Coordinate with engineering for unsupported customer requirements
• Translate content delivery needs into implementation plans
• Ensure readiness of assets, metadata, playlists, and automation scripts
