Job description:

Principal Engineer - C++

Experience Required: 10+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer with deep expertise in C++ to lead the design and architecture of mission-critical applications that support our product ecosystem. This role demands technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-performance C++ applications for product integration.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive best practices across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate cloud technologies where applicable.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams on complex problem-solving and design patterns.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in C++ (including modern standards like C++17/20).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native applications is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale software projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in product development lifecycle and customer-facing applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
