Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (C++, C#) to design and deliver innovative software solutions for global industries including Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Glass, and Flooring. The role involves leading development efforts, mentoring engineers, and driving high-quality coding standards while working with modern technologies and cloud-integrated systems. You will play a key role in transforming customizable product design and management platforms.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
- Experience:
- Minimum 1216 years of experience in software development and 34 years in a technical/lead role managing or mentoring teams
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in C++ and C#
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and debugging
- Hands-on experience with SQL (writing & optimizing complex queries)
- Experience with Azure services, Azure SQL, and cloud-based workflows
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Mandatory Criteria:
- Experience working on medium-to-large scale applications
- Strong experience in desktop ERP/CRM or data-intensive applications
- Ability to analyze legacy systems and perform safe refactoring
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading development initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable software solutions based on business requirements
- Lead development lifecycle including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and deployment
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster a collaborative team environment
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and sales
- Maintain and enhance technical documentation for long-term product sustainability
- Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous technical enhancements
- Work with Azure cloud technologies and modern development practices
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience with RAD Studio / C++ Builder
- Exposure to web technologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering workflow applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using AI tools for development productivity
