• 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
• 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for Tech L2 Support Interns to join our fast-paced and expanding support team at Physics Wallah. In this role, you will handle and resolve Level 2 technical issues across 60+ products, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure a smooth experience for our learners.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers interested in technical support, product troubleshooting, and real-time problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 technical issues raised by users.
• Coordinate with POD/Engineering teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Follow up with students, provide timely updates, and ensure closure of issues.
• Document recurring issues and maintain accurate logs.
• Work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays as per business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic technical understanding familiarity with SQL, Excel, or APIs is a plus.
• Freshers are welcome; immediate joiners preferred.
