Role Responsibilities:

• Handle production support and resolve client-reported issues
• Communicate directly with clients for issue analysis and resolution
• Maintain and support Java-based applications
• Ensure smooth operation of web services in production

• 2+ years of Java/J2EE and Spring experience
• Exposure to web technologies and production environments
