Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 Monthly (Fixed Stipend + Performance Bonus)

Qualification: Pursuing or completed B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines

About the Role

Multiplier AI Limited is looking for an energetic, curious, and target-driven Tech Intern to join our Engineering & Product team in Noida.

In this role, you will assist in developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications across our technology stack. You will work closely with senior developers, technical leads, and product managers to write clean code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to production-grade software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This position is strictly focused on hands-on software development, coding, bug fixing, and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development & Coding

- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code under the supervision of senior engineers.

- Assist in developing front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, or database scripts based on product requirements.

- Work with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools used within the company's tech stack.

- Participating in code reviews to receive constructive feedback and continuously improve coding standards.

2. Bug Fixing & Technical Support

- Identify, debug, and resolve software bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational issues.

- Assist in writing unit test cases and integration tests to ensure system reliability and code quality.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions with the engineering team.

- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, or libraries to solve specific technical problems.

3. Documentation & Version Control

- Maintain and update technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture notes.

- Utilize version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) for code deployment, branching, and collaboration.

- Track tasks, bugs, and project progress using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

4. System Architecture & Product Integration

- Assist in integrating third-party APIs, web services, and database modules.

- Collaborate with product design and UI/UX teams to build responsive and user-friendly web/mobile interfaces.

- Support deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

- Strong passion for software engineering, coding, and technology problem-solving.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#).

- Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React/Node.js) or database management (SQL / MongoDB).

- Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

- Excellent logical reasoning, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Available for full-time, in-office work at our Noida office.

Preferred

- Prior internship experience, open-source contributions, or personal project portfolio in software development.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure), or Docker containers.

- Degree (completed or pursuing) in B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Compensation & Growth

- Monthly Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month (Fixed Stipend + Performance-Linked Bonus)

- PPO Opportunity: Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
