Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech & Growth Associate (Founding Team) based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves supporting the technical team with troubleshooting and technical solutions, conducting research to optimize workflows, and contributing to growth strategy initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, analyzing data trends, improving operational processes, and collaborating across teams to drive innovation and scalability.

Who we are looking for:

• A CS student or recent grad who wants to see how a company is built from 0 to 1.
• Someone who can write clean code (React/Node/Python) but is also excited to talk to potential clients and find new projects.
• A Hustler mindset: If we need a new project, you are ready to research leads, reach out, and demo our capabilities.

What you will do:

1. Build:Assist in developing our internal AI SaaS tools.
2. Grow:Help identify and reach out to businesses in India, Canada, USA, Europe that need tech transformation.
3. Learn:Work directly with the Founder on strategy, pitching, and product-market fit.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify solutions and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration, reporting, and client interactions
• Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address technical challenges effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving demands
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field is an asset
• Experience with AI applications, digital systems, or growth strategies is an advantage
